About Me:

I'm Jessica, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience since 2010. I am committed to tailoring treatments to align with your wellness objectives. My credentials include National Certification and State Licensure in Massage Therapy, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a pre-physical Therapy focus. Additionally, I hold a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management.

I specialize in assisted stretching, custom therapeutic myofascial release therapy, and rehabilitative, and chronic pain management focus.  I enjoy other full-range modalities of work and I customize a plan to meet your specific needs and goals.
